The Challenge

Kopenhagen Konsulting, a fast-growing Copenhagen-based company specializing in Cyber Security & Digital Transformation, faced the challenge of scaling while maintaining the unique culture that had made them successful. As the company is growing with exponential speed, delevering execptional work for major clients in the Nordics, the founders recognized the importance of keeping their culture intact. They wanted to capture the company’s culture in a tangible format to ensure they could continue to work towards strengthening it, while also using it to assess culture fit for future hires.

The Goal

The founders and leadership team wanted to involve and collaborate with their employees to articulate their culture in a written format. They needed a tool that could be referred back to and used consistently to guide decision-making, hiring, and future growth.

The Solution

I worked closely with the founders and leadership team to deepen their understanding of culture and organisational development. Through a series of workshops with the entire organisation and smaller sessions with the leadership team, we captured the feelings, experiences, and ideas of the team. This collaborative effort helped to make the intangible aspects of the culture more concrete and actionable.

The leadership team and I then worked together to shape the input into a format that was aligned with Kopenhagen Konsulting’s brand and vision.

The Result

The result was the creation of the Kopenhagen Konsulting Identity, which clearly explains their core beliefs and guiding principles. This new identity now serves as a reference point for:

• Evaluating current organisational challenges and aspirations.

• Assessing culture fit for new hires.

• Communicating the company’s values to potential clients.


It has become an essential tool for maintaining alignment and driving the company’s continued success as they grow.
